Here Mr. Jordan prepares a main dish, “Black cod “Run Down”, made with Black cod from the Makah tribe in Neah Bay, Washington, plantains, sweet corn, fushimi peppers, coconut milk and tostones.<br />
<br />
Salare is a chef-driven neighborhood restaurant, in the Ravenna neighborhood in North Seattle, that captures America’s diverse culture of food with influences from America’s South, Africa, Europe and the Caribbean Islands.<br />
