Steven Rinella, an avid outdoorsman and hunter, prepares to cook both wild duck and domesticated chicken over an open wood fire in Everett, WASH.
Here Rinella sprinkles salt on the duck after he skewered the duck with branches from nearby Alder trees so it can be hung on the spit over the fire.
