4/28/2004--Shanghai, China..Modern Chinese style stain glass windows being made for the Xujiahui Cathedral. Over the next five years, Beijing native Wo Ye, 42, will design and supervise the manufacture and installation of over 300 square meters of stained glass into Shanghai's century-old French gothic cathedral. Here she works in her studio where Catholics nuns are also helping her rebuild the Church's windows. She is the first Chinese ever to receive such a commission.
