Steven Rinella, an avid outdoorsman and hunter, prepares to cook both wild duck and domesticated chicken over an open wood fire in Everett, WASH. <br />
<br />
Here Rinella sprinkles salt on the duck after he skewered the duck with branches from nearby Alder trees so it can be hung on the spit over the fire.<br />
